Good and absolutely perfect staff, favourable location in downtown San Francisco. The rooms with shower, good bathroom and a pretty view. Great service from the staff.

The rooms were bright and gorgeous with shower, hand painted artwork on the walls and the bathroom, I truly enjoyed that. Lobby was perfect for a breakfast. Had very central location in the heart of San Francisco.

The venue is exceptionally clean, the staff is responsive. Its rooms are silent and romantic, had a very lovely stay during the holidays. The hotel offers hearty and incredible breakfast with dim sum. Plus, the location is perfect and easy, minutes from a people-watching plaza.

Well, the area was extremely busy overall.

Everything was lovely, including especially helpful and responsive staff. The breakfast spread was reasonably priced with dim sum. The hotel has ideal location right by Union Square, the cable car and Chinatown, the City sights and Pier 39, Lombard street and most of the tourist locations.

Clean, reasonably priced rooms with a pretty view, shower, for instance. Delicious food for breakfast in the lobby.

The staff were genuinely helpful, the breakfast was incredible and everything was lovely. The location was UNBEATABLE, close to Year Up. Further, it was close to anywhere, near the streetcars and very close to bus stops, and a nice area of San Francisco.

The hotel has a very central location in a nice area of San Francisco. Btw, it's set in Downtown San Francisco district just next door to Union Square and Powell St Station, cable cars, and the nearest tram stop for the more distant places. The breakfast is fantastic - I tried coffee, tea, pastries, yogurt, and fruit.

the place was exceptionally clean and we loved standard queen room. the location was excellent, next to ethnic neighborhoods, and anywhere. it also was next to cable car stop. the breakfast was fantastic and available with dim sum, the staff were genuinely helpful and responsive.

The location was very central, short walk to shops and Market street, 4,700+ restaurants in SFO, and Chinatown, Nob Hill, and Union Square. Furthermore, next to cable car stop. The breakfast in the lobby was incredible and very very good.
